The only thing I changed about my diet was I ate 1200 calories and did not eat out but 1 time every 2 weeks. Even when I did eat out I would pre plan my meals, or I would stand in line and go to MFP on my phone and count calories that way. I would take that extra step to make sure I stayed with in my limits. Control control control I always tell myself. When your full push it away. Even if you counted the whole plate and logged the whole plate doesn't mean you have to eat the whole plate.
RUN... walk fast... get moving. That is all I did.0 -
