Buddy me? 28/158lbs/mom of two.

Anyone with similar goals out there to help me feel less awkward about my body/diet/habits?

I'm a stay at home mom of two. I workout three times a week at a gym and I'm adding more into rotation at home as time (and kids) allow. I know it's going to go a little slower than I like, but I think I'm okay with that!

Are you a similar age/weight and would be willing to discuss your good times and bad times as we go through this journey, hopefully, together? Thanks!

  • I am 28/159 lbs/mom of 3 boys...
    I just had my 3rd son Feb 9th, and i have lost 31 lbs so far, i know some of that was baby, and water, and extra stuff... But i hit an stump, and decided to change the way i eat... I stopped drinking soda, only thing i drink is water, i limit myself onwhat i eat, i grill everything, (no sugary food- which is hard) i cut out most fatty foods, it very hard, but i have 19 more lbs before i reach my goal weight so i am planning on sticking to it!

  • I have like a 20 pound weight loss goal, but if you read my blog it will explain the reasons why i can't loose wight as fast a s normal ppl. But i love making new friends and sharing stories. so Add me if you like.
