I need support anyone over 300lbs?

I am not over 300 now but my highest weight was 400 you need to cut all carbs out for 2 weeks, lower sugar intake and increase tour workout even if you do 2 30 min workouts a day one in the morning before you get your day started and one before bed. Increase your water drinking at least 24 ounces 4 times per day. But most of all you have to believe that you can and will do this for you, because it is possible.
