Plateau... please help!!!!!!!!

    I didn't follow their nutrition plan b/c it told me I needed like 3000 calories a day or something crazy like that... I was trying to lose weight while doing it and I think it is actually geared more toward people who are just trying to gain muscle and fitness rather than weight loss. So, I had my goal on here set to 1200 and I usually ate some of my exercise cals and sometimes I would eat all of them if I felt hungry. I really need to get back into it b/c I gained so much strength when I was doing it..... It's a GREAT workout!!!
