I am trying to lose weight, and i have such a hard time with dieting. any tips on how to handle it phsycologically?

Well, I struggle, too, so don't have any easy answers. I find it helps to set an achievable goal - I bought a dress I want to look great in at the end of May. It's one size smaller than I wear now - so I'm not setting myself up for failure. This is achievable. Once I reach that goal, I'll set another. I find baby steps are best - and celebrate each achievement!0

well I will not be the most spectacular but it is a matter of focus on your goal desir this is what I want to see me so I just find some motivation took one month e vajado 10 pounds but when I though I emosione much I could lose that leaving eat unhealthy things you can say that I know you can I come to you0
