I'm Back ....for my friends!

I arrived home very late. I read Meemaw's note first thing a minute ago. To answere questions about the long trip.... I made it, sort of Because of the schedule I kept while in Nashville, I was unable to record everything I ate down on my notes, as I do at home. I did NOT let that stop me. I kept my meals on track at the restaurants by my choices. I ate out once a day and chose to have Raisen Bran Crunch in my room once a day. I took along fresh fruits in a small cooler too. Water was my downfall, I wasn't able to drink my 8 or more a day. I weighed this morning, the 4 lbs I'd lost before leaving were still ok!!!!!! I did NOT lose any, and BEST of all I didn't gain any either ! For me that was a big accomplishment.
I travel a lot during the year and my Nashville trip is usually one of my longer trips; if I can make it through that, I CAN make it through the rest of the bluegrass music season too ! For me if proved, if you don't drink your water :drinker: YOU WILL NOT SUCCEED! Sooooo, first thing I hit this morning .... was the ol water bottle.....take care & good luck to one and All!
