    I got up, lounged around the house in my pyjamas, got into gym kit, did 30 day shred and am contemplating heading straight back to the pyjamas. :flowerforyou: <--- that flower is NOT what I smell like right now.

    I really should shower. Even the sodding cat is avoiding me.

    I usually shower @ home..something about public showers doesnt sit well with me..i know..I'm a geek!
