Will this workout still work if I cut some exercises?

I would like to give it a whirl but don't have a weights bench or pull up bar. If I cut out the lull up exercises and bench press will I still get the same results? Just looking to decrease fat and strengthen.

I have no idea but thanks for posting this. I have been doing NROLFW and think I am the only person who doesn't like it. I really like the look of this.
Some of the bench ones can be done with 2 dining chairs...I will also miss out the pull up as I don't have a bar or a decent door frame lol
Still got 30lbs to lose but will look at this in the future as I have found it hard to weight train and change body shape with so much still to lose.
