I'm posting this for my friend as got no response from her wall post, but hey, good to get ideas right??
You've met for drinks as a first date, now what do you suggest for a second date that is fun, interesting and different? Based in or around London, or even generally?

Call me silly, but I adore walks. One of my most memorable dates was just meeting for coffee, and then walking around town, occasionally stopping on a bench or in a quiet corner and talking more. This may not work in a big city, but in a small town, it's perfect. It gives you the opportunity to talk and really get to know each other, without the awkward silences that sometimes come up from just sitting down at a table for hours.0

I'm a fan of sports so anything sporty...baseball, football, etc.. Have a beer and a hot dog!0

I did this the first date, and now we are married and having a baby. Guess I wasn't too scary looking!0 -

If only that would work for all of us! :laugh:0 -
A four pack of Special Brew from Bargain Booze followed by a slap up take out from Harry's Fish Bar.0

Now that's what I call a cheap date!0 -
Wine tasting events with food go over well, then a nice stroll through a park at night0

Down with the wine but the park just sounds creepy... but then they aren't well lit near me!0 -
A nice walk through the park and some conversation to really get to know each other. Maybe a meal or lunch.0

Around London? Okay, Start off with a coffee and a chat, then on to Camden to walk around the shops and stalls (the sights and smells are great) and the loch on a sunny morning looks so good! then maybe down to coven garden for a drink at the punch and Judy to watch the street entertainers and maybe lunch! If it's still going well maybe stroll to regents park and have a wander round! Chattig and getting to know each other better!
I think people forget the better parts of London! The pretty sights it can offer and not just the busy city!
What do you think? X0 -

I love to eat, so I'm good for lunch. It's nice enough for a date, but not as "romantic" as dinner, so it's not too forward. Maybe sushi.0
