Bad habits, man.

Oh, man. Man, man, man. I've got some bad habits to break. I'm going to post mine, but you can post yours if you want (not that I mean for you to out yourself or anything, but just because maybe a post like this will show others they're not alone in their downfalls).
- Fast food -- I don't think it's bad on its own in moderation, but since I started working and earning my own money, it's probably what half of my check goes to, and it needs to STOP.
- Not active enough -- I spend most of my time on the computer, and I scarcely do anything useful. It might be more acceptable if I started dedicating time to my Japanese studies, but I really need to spend more time exercising or at least *moving*.
- Terrible sleep pattern -- I sleep whenever works for me. The nights before I work, I may go to bed at 12 and wake up at 8, which isn't too bad, but as for the rest of the week, I may go to bed at 2 or 3 and wake up at 1 in the afternoon, and it just makes me feel sluggish. Today, I actually fell asleep at 11 a.m. and woke up at 7 p.m. It's terrible.
Wow. I can really only type up three habits? I guess it's not a lot of problems, but they feel... huge. (Please refrain from a "that's what she said" post -- I got that covered). I guess I've got some decent habits to make note of. Urm.
- I try to eat fairly healthy at work -- Not very much, but I try to eat nice organic things. Most days at work, I grab some honey bars made by some brand I don't remember, but all the ingredients are simple and easy to read (honey, oats, almonds, peanuts, raisins, sunflower seeds, etc.).
And I have too much of a headache to think of any others, ahahaha.
