11lbs lost in 3 months. Motivation hard to maintain.

I am pleased deep down but still got 8lbs to go so I suppose I have hit a bit of a wall. I know slow and steady wins the race but I have been so fixated on my weight for so long do I honestly have the energy to get it going, but I know how devestated I'll be if I put any on.

My aim is to be good all week then have Friday as my treat day. Which seems to be working ok, but I suffer very bad 'monthlies' and also put on 2-3lbs extra around this horrible week each month and although I generally lose it again it does not help my motivation.

I suppose I just need a vent. Especially having to watch my kiddies tuck into loads of chocs this weekend. Thanks for listening. x

    Just keep at it. During my TOM I have an exercise break so I don't get burned out and it does wonders for my motivation. Basically I exercise 3 weeks a month to keep me going. I nearly always see a big loss a week after TOM because that's my maintenance week and then I hit the gym hard and it always pays off.
