Anyone have rituals, medallions, power tattoos, good luck charms, or the like for fitness? I know in many sports things like this are common. Be interesting to hear what you guys have or do for better results.
Mine is probably my favorite pair of workout shorts. I bought them when I started and somehow got the idea that I always have a better workout when Im wearing them.

Eat big and sleep big to get big. Just a good saying, not sure where tho0

Not sure if it is a superstition but I defiantly have a thing about getting in the hot tub and sauna. I seem to lose more weight when I do this ... I'm sure it's all in my head but who cares if it seems to work!
The other thing I'm kinda OCD about is making sure I get at least 8 hours of sleep. Days that I sleep less ... never see results.0 -
Mine is going for a wee directly before training or a race. However, I don't think my one is superstition, mine is more like I do not want a wee accident during the activity pmsl0
