On a mission!

So I am going on vacation May 12th and there is something really special happening during that vacation which is prompted me to want to lose 7 inches from my hips by then.....I know I know big dreams...but it is at the very least motivation. It isn't imperative that I lose it it's just a personal goal....I did 50 squats yesterday on top of my normal routine and today....OMG I can barely walk.... I'm trying to work up to 100 squats a day (on top of the normal routine) but I don't know my legs are so sore!!

Any suggestions on what else to do to reach my goal??? I'm completely dedicated to it!!

    Have you ever tried Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred? I lost 11 inches in total after the first 30 days, I took a break for a month and did another 30 days and lost another 7 inches! It really is amazing.

    i was gonig to say Jillian's 30 day shred too. im doing it now too. i just started this week and have finished 3 days so far..cant' wait to seer how i do...
