I have been using MFP for 2 weeks, but really started tracking EVERYTHING last week and I have not lost anything yet. I also started working out 4-5 days a week. I used to do WW and I remember it taking a while for me to lose, but this is dramatic. I am eating sooo much less than I was before. I feel like my clothes are fitting better, but no weight. Did this happen to any of you? How long did it take you to start losing?

    I lost inches before I lost "weight". It took about 3 weeks before the scale showed anything.

    Start measuring yourself! Upper arms, thighs, waist and chest!! I find that on those weeks that i'm not losing weight, i'll still be losing cm's. Good luck!
