okay so i have a quick question. i see on everyones food journals that some people are eating like 200 calories and some are eating only 1200... what should i eat? i havent been on the diet very long and im eating 1200... is that okay or should i be eating more?

You should eat what is recommended for your current weight/height on MFP & set your goals, if you want to lose 1-2lbs per week to determine how many calories to eat/burn. It will more than likely be around 1,200.
