Gaining weight with MFP?

Have you ever had a week where you gained weight tracking everything and following the MFP plan closely? I had a few days a little over and a few days a little under, figuring it would balance out, but I gained 2 pounds! I'm trying to decide if I need to do something different or just ride it out. I've lost 8lbs in a month +2=6. Not TOM or any other ehem...binding conditions, same calibrated scale, simlar clothes. Any advice is greatly appreciated!

    only thing I notice is when I eat a lot of salty food, or do any muscle conditioning I retain water and gain on the scale. Not sure if thats the case here but thought I would share my expirience :-)
    That being said it usually goes back away within a few days.
