"Just Go"
Written on the back of my BGF's business card, it's a remindar that no matter how I feel just go do the workout. If I am feeling bad physically, I can stop after 10 minutes. But usually I feel great and, an hour later, I'm glad I didn't listen to my emotions.0 -

"Do or do not. There is no try."

I love all of these, here are some of mine.
Im healthier today, then i was yesterday.
For those complaining about not losing weight: Your getting healthier everyday, the weightloss will come.
for those complaining about losing inches and not weight: everyone sees the inches lost, your the only one that sees the number on the scale.
Those complaining about a cheat meal or day: If one meal or day messes up your progress, than your not working hard enough.0 -

Your goals, minus your doubts equals your reality.
I've always found that my biggest issue with losing weight is doubting myself. When I step on the scale and see that I didn't lose or gained weight when I know that cannot be possible used to be cause of a meltdown. I used to doubt myself about lifting freeweights, thought I'd look dumb doing it or worried what others would think of a chubby manlet in the weight room.
Then I came to the conclusion that if I doubt myself, discount my capabilities, it really prevents me from reaching my goals. Be patient, be confident and reach my goals. Anything else detracts from by goals.0 -

I love working out so I can love cake.0

I have two- one is, "No one ever regretted working out but you always regret when you don't." And the other, which comes into play on my runs is, "you DO NOT finish when you can see the finish line. That's when you finish STRONG!"0

Feel me, I'm HARD!!!

If you have a body you're an athlete0

Train Insane or Remain the Same.0

Go hard and get out.
Frankly, I am lazy. I'd rather do something really intense for shorter (minimum time for maximum benefit) than stay at the gym for hours at a slower pace for results. I'd rather do 20 minutes of hard intervals than 1 hour at a leisurely pace reading a book. And I love to read.0
