power yoga- calories burned?

So Power Yoga is a "no results found" on the exercise log. the only thing up there is hatha so i'm not sure how much i'd burn in a 60 minute session of power yoga. can anyone help me out with this?

    Log it under high impact aerobics.

    Wow, that one clocks a lower calorie burn than I normally get with my HRM. I guess it depends on the intensity and how long your cool-down poses are.

    Yea I normally don't trust any of these calorie counters, between the machine at the gym, MFP (which logs higher than what I burn) and other websites, I just use about 5 different counters and then average it out. I really should get a HRM but still shopping for a good one.

    My cheap hrm that I use inside doesn't tell cals burned, not sure if this will help though if you don't have any type of hrm....oh well
