I did the math. If you make 12 cookies out of this batch, they will be 185 calories each.0

If you use stevia in the raw instead of sugar, its 141 cals for 1/12 of the recipe...0

I was just thinking that!0 -

You can cut the calories even more by also removing the peanut butter and dividing into 42 servings.
I think I'm missing something. Either that or health and math are on vacation.
These are good, though.0 -

I totally made these today, but used BROWN sugar instead. They were gluten free and non dairy (if anyone needs to watch those things) and they were DELICIOUS. so fluffy and melt in your mouth.
I baked at 350 for 8-10 mins (9 was perfect for my oven) on a nongreased cookie sheet.
My batch made 25 cookies at 90 cals each (10 carb, 2 protein, 1 fiber, 5 fat)
This is a MUST TRY recipe. Very very good! Thanks for mentioning it, Calroseangelo!0 -

My grandmother used to make those all the time. I'm not sure that much sugar is "healthy" but it's better than adding butter and flour for sure.
I bet you could use granulated Splenda for baking (or stevia, or the like) and it would be low sugar.0 -
maybe honey instead of sugar?0
