Hi - I'm a newbie, or re-newbie as it seems I signed up for this last year - also over 50, can you tell? I'm looking for friends using Isagenix, as well as friends who are attempting to follow the Paleo food choices. Have recently joined a gym too, and hoping to stay with it this time round.
