    It's already been said, but healthy oils are a very easy to add quality calories to your diet. I personally like EVOO and Walnut Oil.

    I eat 1 tablespoon of coconut oil per day
    Almonds
    I like AdvantEdge carb control protein drink. These are great if you are on the run to a kid's ball game.
