Tips on staying on your diet during Easter?

Hello all! This weekend as you know, is Easter. Of course like most families we are having a family meal that day. I'm doing really well on my diet, and i don't want to blow it! I have no idea what will be served on that day, but i was wondering....does anyone have any tips on how i can enjoy my Easter meal and still lose weight? How do you guys deal with holidays?

    Have a good exercise to get some extra calories, eat them, stay out of the chocolate! Drink extra water early in the day so you can pig out later! Can't hurt for one day!

    I plan on entering in everything before I eat it to see how many initial calories it comes up too and then adjust portion sizes if need be. I am not saying I am going to stay within my calorie range but will be able to at least have an idea of what I am eating. Oh and I plan on a good workout that morning before going to church.
