ive been told that each jumping jack you do burns half of a calorie, is this true?
i dont want to know about how long you have to do it for, i know this site says minutes of doing them and stuff, but if anyone has the answer to this exact question it'd be great.

Sorry, it's going to be different for every one of us (unless you have an identical twin out there)
I don't know how reliable this data is but livestrong.com suggests a 165lb person burns about 10 cal per minute doing them......

Best bet, wear a heart rate monitor and count the number you do and divide the burn accordingly.0
