coffee creamer

well, i just joined and looked up the amount of calories and sugar that is in my coffee creamer...scary AND the serving size is only 1 table spoon??? who uses only 1 table spoon? I guess i'm not having coffee creamer anymore, hello coffee mate original (0 sugars) and truvia!
