How do you record your sugar intake?

I eat a lot of fruits and veggies that natrually have sugar and cause me to go over my daily limit every single day?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I was thinking about ignoring the sugar when it's from fruits and veggies but watching the Carb count

I ignore the sugar count and pay attention to protein, carbs, fiber and calcium. As a female runner, it is crucial to keep the calcium up. I just make sure that the sugars are coming from healthy things.

The sugar is ADDED sugar in foods, not naturally occurring - so although MFP can't differentiate, you can. The recommended daily sugar of added sugars is 40 grams. MFP put mine lower, which is fine. But bananas, apples, milk - those things don't have added sugar so that sugar doesn't count as "sugar" in a sense, it's when they put in added sugar, like in pop, cookies, cereal, etc.
