Hi folks!

I just switched over from WW after a frustrating bout with their website not working for me and their pitiful food database. This place seems like such a good community, and the software is fantastic.

At my heaviest (2004?) I was probably 250 lbs. I was able to see a personal trainer for a while and got down to 225 lbs. Then, I was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea, and after starting on my CPAP machine, I went down to 205 lbs! GOOD SLEEP CANNOT BE UNDERESTIMATED!

After my son was born, I actually got down to 200 lbs., but I'm back up at 212 lbs, which is why I am here. My ULTIMATE goal is 150-160 lbs., but I just want to break 200 right now.

Anyone else out there with chronic pain issues having a hard time exercising? I know, it's a catch 22. Exercise can help pain, but it also hurts to exercise!

Cheers!

Welcome! Glad you found the site!

Water exercises are the best (swimming, walking, aerobics, etc :)) for people who find exercise painful!

You are welcome to add me for support!
