Hi.....quick question, my exercise is brisk walking which I do 6 times a week for 90 minutes (45 min AM 45 min PM) My current weight is 155 lbs...would this be a moderate level activity?

I'd set yourself as sedentary, and then log the walk on top as exercise.

If you are sedentary than log and eat exercise calories back

Yes. Log the walking under cardio and eat as many calories back without going over or get as close as you can anyway. You will notice a change pretty quick in how your clothes fit. May I offer a suggestion too? Take your measurements(bust, waist, hips) and even around your arms and thighs. Keep your walking going for 1 solid month and be accurate logging your exercise and eating. Take your measurements after a month and I can almost guarantee you will start seeing a difference in your measurement inches. Not to mention the great cardio and breathing you will improve on. Before you know it you will feel the "tug" in your brain saying to you;"this is too easy, start jogging now"!
