New in Chicago

Hi Everyone, I stepped on the scale today and (to my horror) I'm 20 lbs heavier than last summer! I guess the signs were there all along (all my clothes aren't really shrinking are they?) but I've been so busy I chose to ignore the obvious. Anyway, I'm looking to be held accountable and stick to healthier habits. Trying to figure out how to manage my health and stay on track around 12-hour shifts, clinicals, and classes. Looking for MFP friends for support. Thanks!
