Hey there everyone! How are you holding up on your goals? I hope they are going well. I just thought I would take some time and make the rounds to communicate with people on MFP. I always welcome anyone on here because together our goals are easier to accomplish. Currently I have lost 12 pounds and 9 inches while working towards my goals of a healthier lifestyle. I document it daily in my vlog that I post on YouTube. I would love it if you would check it out (here's a link to my playlist: ) It's a little lengthy, but I thought you might like to start from the beginning.
