How do you decide your start weight? I put 211, which was the weight I started Jan 1st, but my heaviest weight was 226 back in September 2010 (after the birth of my 2nd kiddo - I was actually 250 right before he was born, can I use that as a start weight??)

I think your start weight should be what you are the day you weigh in. I was heavier in the past but put down what I was when I started this. It shows a more acurate number as time goes by. I know that I have lost more than it says but they are just all numbers towards a final goal. Best of luck.0
