Any cashiers know how many calories you burn doing a 5 hour shift? Or how do you figure it out? Thanks!

I wouldn't log working as an exercise, and you shouldn't either. Here's why: Any work activities would just fall under "daily calories burned" and are automatically accounted for by MFP. Just update your goals and put your activity level as "slightly active" and only add exercise. If you add in calories for simple working that'd be like adding calories for sleeping, eating, or reading... Yes, you burn calories doing all these activities but it isn't "exercise" in the least, and would make your calorie counting extremely inaccurate.0

When I do cashering for 5 hours a day, don't think there is much burning of calories doing that.. I don't account for anything done at work..0
