Smoothie cleanse???

Im considering Doing a smoothie cleanse for this upcoming week. Thoughts anyone? Has anyone done this before?
Does anyone know what is the best way to approach it? Should you do smoothies for all three meals and then snacks in between (such as almonds,apples,etc)
And in the smoothies as they are entire meal replacements, how much protein and good fats is too much?

If anyone has any great advice definitely let me know!!
