I finally lost 20lbs!!! It has taken what seems like forever!!! Since Jan 5 of this year!!! But I did it!!! Yeah!!!

Now to the next 20!! and so on and so on and so on!!!

    Yippee for you!!!! That is great! Go and lift up something that weighs 20lbs and try carrying it for a while. You were carrying that around with you every day!

    I started on Jan. 5 too! (started on MFP on Feb 5th though) and I am 1.6 lbs from hitting 20 lbs too! Congratulations!

    Congratulations and great work!!!!! Doesn't it feel great to reach a goal. I also started in January and reached my goal weight a few days ago. Now comes the scary part - keeping it off. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!!
