My name is Sue. My daughter turned me on to this website so I thought I would give it a try. Just joined 2 days ago. I just turned 57 and my blood pressure decided to start giving me problems. I am the heaviest I have ever been and decided that I needed to do something about it. The biggest reasons for me to lose weight and get healthier, 1) Lower my BP and 2) see all 7 of my grandkids grow up. My husband and I have began bike riding as our daily exercise program. Started out 3 weeks ago weighing in at 181, riding 4 miles, I am down to 176.8 and up to riding 8 to 9 miles. My goal for riding is by May 31 to be riding 15 miles. My ultimate weight goal is 140. I am determined to reach my goal.
