Lifting Heavy with weight gain

I know that this has probably been talked to death, but I'm feeling frustrated. I started lifting heavy (well, heavy for me) a couple of weeks ago. I'm still doing cardio, just adding in weights every other day. I've been eating more (because I'm hungry) due to increased exercise... but I've been gaining weight. I know that this is normal at the beginning of lifting heavy due to water entering the muscles and yada yada yada... but it doesn't help with the frustration. Any one else feeling this and how did you get over it?
Thanks.
Thanks.

it's water gain. it's normal when you start lifting heavy or when you make a drastic jump in the weights you're handling.. dont worry about it, your body will release the water. just drink water to help your body flush.
as far as how to deal with the frustrations, just stop weighing yourself on a daily basis plus you also want to make note of your measurements. when you lift heavy the majority of your results are going to be in inch loss. for instance, when i first started i had t shirts that were tight and now they are hanging off me. i've lost 2 pant sizes, but only lost 20 of the 80 pounds total i'd like to lose.0
