Prednisone and insatiable hunger

I am so frustrated! I take prednisone and it makes me hungry all the time. Just a few weeks ago I was eating everything in site. I ate when I wanted and I was always hungry. I have been on the biggest loser meals but I am still hungry. If I am not hungry, all I think about is food. I went over my calories for today and I still want to eat. I try chewing gum and it helps for a short time. How do I control the hunger when some of it is caused by medication?

Drink water, eat lots of berries and vegetables. You can eat frequently as long as it's the right things.
