Hello all, my name is Nadine, and I am about to turn 50 (I know I hear it everyday from the kids) I live in South Africa and have to loose 25 kgs (not sure in pounds) and have been calorie counting since January so far I have lost 9kgs. I stumbled upon this site and think it is fantastic. So anyway that's it and I hope you all have a wonderful Easter.
