The last pesky 5 pounds

Hi there, just looking for a bit of friendly advice.
Ive been on this site since Jan 2012, and am over the moon to say ive lost the vast majority of weight I set out to lose. Although im pretty happy now i would like to drop the last 5 pounds gradualy over the next few weeks.
Since my last weigh in Ive adjusted my settings from 1 pound loss a week to 1/2 pound loss per week which gives me an extra 200 cals per day.
I do exercise on a daily basis which mainly consists of walking my dog with my pushchair and weekly swimming sessions.
I have to say that upping my calories has made me slightly nervous that im going to stall my weight loss. I was just wondering if anyone has any good tips for getting rid of the last few pounds which ive heard are the hardest to lose?
