Reintroducing Fruit

Hey guys!
I suffer from oral allergy syndrome, and as a result, I've cut all fruit and some veggies out of my diet even though it's only some fruits I can't eat. So far, I know that kiwifruit, avocado, raw carrot, bananas, sometimes strawberries and watermelon can trigger the affects of oral allergy syndrome. I also loathe pears and anything that has 'fur' (peaches!!!).
How can I start re-introducing fruit that is OK back into my diet? I'm also lactose intolerant, so I can't have fruit with yoghurt or ice-cream! And would you guys suggest getting some tinned fruit first and working my way up to eating fresh by itself?
Thanks.

That's a question for your allergist. You could die from eating something you are allergic to. If you want to try something new you need to have an EPI PEN on you at the time you try new food.0
