Just got my Jillian Michaels Body Revolution

I'm so excited since I ordered on Sunday and it got here on Friday. So of course the hubby and I are starting on Monday!
Quick question for those already doing JMBR, are you seeing results without following the menu plan?

    I am not following the meal plan---or the 1200 calorie plan. If you have less to lose you are supposed to up your calorie goal to 1700---here is the link I found on Jillian Michaels Twitter:



    I have around 5 lbs left so I am eating 1900---but I am NETTING 1600-1700 since I burn 150-200 calories each workout. I have lost 1.4ish lbs---but I just got it 3 weeks ago. I am aiming for at least .5lbs a week loss since I have so little left to lose so I think that is pretty good:smile: . These last few lbs are taking f-o-r-e-v-e-r to lose but I hear that is normal when you are so close to your goal....

    Also just to warn everyone who has ordered it---her cardio dvd in month 1 has NO warm-up. I don't know if ALL the cardio dvds are like that, but I thought I would warn you so you could warm-up first if you want.
