Six Pounds

I got on the scale this morning and have gained SIX POUNDS in ONE week. :cry:

I have had the week off, but have had a really good week of eating well and exercising more than ever. I even started RUNNING for the first time in years. I feel stronger on the inside, and I don't 'look' six pounds heavier, and in my brain I know it is not six pounds of fat, but it sure did put a damper on the morning.

    You muscles could be holding water from the extra exercise. Drink lots of water this weekend, it will be gone soon!

    I know the feeling, got on the scale this morning and gained 2lbs. Not the way I wanted to start the weekend. Have to work harder on my eating. I even tried to eat back more calories. Yeah, well that didn't work...LOL

    Well, I made the mistake this morning and weighed again. I gained ANOTHER POUND since YESTERDAY! Someone please shoot me now. :sad:
