Net calories?

So this is a real newbie question. I really just want to make sure I got it right. I worked out hard today and entered the calories I burned. (I plan ahead so I have already entered everything I will eat today, even though I haven't eaten it yet)

But now my net calories says: 623

Does it mean that I can eat 623 calories more? That I could add an extra egg to my dinner and some yoghurt to my snack?

Or is this totally wrong? Thanks!

Yes, it adds calories that you can intake because you've earned them through exercise.
