Rock Band workout.

I have the game Rock Band and after an hour or so playing drums, i feel as though i just went to a gym. My arms feel tired, my legs feel worked, and i have broken a sweat.
This website says "Music Playing: Drums" is ~560 calories for 1 hour of playing, I can only imagine it is similar in rock band, as you do move both arms and legs quite quickly.
Anyway
just another possibility for those looking for a "fun" way to burn a few extra calories.

If you have 100 pounds to lose (did I read that right?) then get an HRM so you can accurately get your calories burned. Nothing will be reality for you if you are 100 pounds overweight, or if you are almost at your goal weight! For example you burn a lot more cals being overweight, so you could be burning twice that... and if you're thin, you might be burning half that.0

my dad is a drummer and always works up a sweat when he is playing hard! I haven't played rock band but I'm sure its similar to real life playing. I don't know about 560 calories, but its possible! A HRM will take all the guess work out though!!!0
