Not losing?

I've been losing inches, so its not a bad thing, but i've gained half a pound, and find it kind of hard to believe, as i've been staying under my calories, and eating better then before. My diary is open, and i know the past 3 days haven't been so good, but if anyone has any comments as to why this is happening, i'd like to know, or knows if ill keep losing inches but gaining weight for long, or has had a similar experience. Also I have been exercising a moderate amount, but not anything that should cause that mucch of a gain in muscle. I'm not worried about it, just kinda curious.

Also, in the first week and 1/2 i lost 2 pounds, netting 600, and eating about 1200, before I switched to netting 1200+

    It could easily be that you are retaining water. You can retain water from exercising, from sodium, or from anything else. Just keep at it and the weight will come off.
