Was just told about this site from a patient of mine at the Dr. office I work in as a Medical Asstistant. Going to really give this a try, I am not super over weight at 160 lbs but I am only 5' 1' tall too. My husband and I have been working out at least 45 minutes a day since the middle on Jan. 2012. We are working out the same , eating the same and he has lost 35 lbs and my self ...only 3 lbs. It is so frustrating to be doing all the same things he is doing and the weight melts off him and I have to struggle so hard. We are in our ealy 50's , so maybe that has something to do with it? Men just seem to lose it faster than women. But I'm not givng up!!

Hi there
A man needs more calories per day just to live, so therefore, if you are eating the same as him every day you are having too many calories.
If you log your lifestyle into this site, it will tell you how many calories per day that you need. It has worked for me.
Well done with the working out though - takes dedication. If you get your calories right you will also lose more weight.
Good luck :flowerforyou:
