Hey everyone- I am writing this post not as to complain, for I am actually doing very well in my weight-loss, but for some advice! :) When looking over my reports as far as nutrition goes, it seems like the largest percentage of my diet is carbs! Also, I barely seem to be getting enough protein. Can anyone out there give me some tips on things I could incorporate into my food intake in order to help balance this out? Thanks so much!

No real advice but my diet seems to be very carb heavy too but I've been steadily losing each week.

As far as protein: greek yogurt, eggs, nuts, & cheese are my biggest protein items other than meat.

carbs have the same calories per g that protein does (4 cals per gram), so carbs arent the enemy. But best to go with whole grain, slow releasing energy carbs so help you stay fuller for longer.
I use protein powder after my workouts to get my protein up. Can also eat eggs, cheese (low fat), milk, meat (especially turkey).
