Water- its a daily struggle to get my 8+ glasses in.
I KNOW how important it is. I've seen and felt the positive effects of it.

My biggest obstical right now is eating back my calories on my high-intensity workout days (I burn usually over 2K calories those days, which means my goal intake is ~3,200 calories... IT'S A TON! I am trying to at least make my net calories smaller in regards to the gap. I used to be in the negatives all the time, now I strive for at least being within 600-1000 calories of my goal.
So far, I've seen a HUGE drop in my weight since I've started doing that which is AWESOME! This week alone, I lost 3-4 lbs (a pound every two days or so). But I still struggle with it!0
