Had a really nice 8km run along the Rideau Canal today...... (Mooney's Bay to just past Dow's Lake)

    I had a really nice trail run today at the park. Felt good to be outside.

    I didn't run today, but I felt compelled to run outside last night under the full moon. My first night run, very peaceful.

    Treadmill.

    But earlier this week I had a nice along the northern Mississippi River.

    Treadmill at the Gym....needed to get my weights in so opted to do treadmill for 60 minutes with some speedwork.
