Centrum forte any good? Or should I look for something else?

Hello all, I've been looking for a good multivitamin to compliment my usual food intake. I notice I'm generally low on vitamin A and iron, and thought a vitamin pill would likely do the trick.

I purchased Centrum Forte at costco today, as it was on sale. 20$ for 300 tablets seemed like not a bad price given it's almost enough of a supply for an entire year. That being said after reading the reviews they are so mixed it's nearly impossible for me to know which reviews are actually legitimate. In essence most of them are either people who don't know what they're talking about saying it's bad, and the same thing saying it's good.

So I turn to you, the masses of MFP who want to eat healthy. Yay or nay?

EDIT: Hears a link to the nutrition info.
