I usually don't plan cheat days or meals because I know they'll happen spontaneously. They usually happen after I've done a big calorie burn (3 hour hike or something) or for a special occasion, I'll sit down to a meal without worrying.

Cheat DAYS where you eat junk all day long seem really counterproductive and sort of foolish to me, sorry.

My definition is identical to Sidesteal's. If I'm over my calories and macros by quite a bit then it was a "cheat" day.
